50's Diner

I had to take photos with Marilyn and Elvis:)
So I've always wanted to eat at a 50's diner and I finally got to do it this summer.
While I was back in Colorado my grandparents took me:)
It was soo cool they had a bunch of vintage car and Elvis books laying on the booths.
It was a lot of fun and I want to go to another 50's diner soon!
(Hey B going up to Utah at Thanksgiving we should finally stop at Peggy Sue's Diner... Ya?)

Because he makes me smile:)

If you're really in love, it doesn't matter what he looks like or how he holds your hand. It just matters that he holds you tight when you need him and that you can trust him with your entire life.
I love you, not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you.

At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Six billion people in the world, six billion souls. And sometimes all we need is One:)

Sue's Corner

So Blogger wouldn't let me load this to my last post so here is one of my favorite clips:)

New Obsession

Glee!!!

Paul told me that I was a GLEEK! LOL

 My absolute favorite character.
She's so mean and funny:)
Sue Sylvester: Sometimes people ask me, "Sue, how come you're so sensitive to minorities?" Well, I'll tell you why: because I know firsthand how hard it is to struggle as a minority in America today. I'm 1/16th Comanche Indian. In fact, I like minorities so much, I'm thinking of moving to California to become one.

Sue Sylvester: [Writing in her journal] Dear Journal. Feeling listless again today. It began at dawn, when I tried to make a smoothie out of beef bones, breaking my juicer. And then at Cheerios practice, disaster! It was unmistakable. It was like spotting the first spark on the Hindenburg. A quiver! That quiver will lose us Nationals. And without a championship, I'll lose my endorsements. And without those endorsements, I won't be able to buy my hovercraft. Glee Club. Every time I try to destroy that clutch of scab-eating mouth-breathers, it only comes back stronger, like some sexually-ambiguous horror movie villain. Here I am, about to turn 30, and I've sacrificed everything, only to be shanghaied by the bi-curious machinations of a cabal of doughy, misshapen teens. Am I missing something, Journal? Is it me? Of course it's not me. It's Will Schuester! What is it about him, Journal? Is it the arrogant smirk? Is it the store-bought home perm? It's coming clear to me now. If I can't destroy the club, I will have to destroy the man.

Sue Sylvester: Let me break this down for you, okay? I empower my Cheerios to be champions. Do they go on to college? I don't know... I don't care. Should they learn Spanish?... Sure, if they want to become dishwashers and gardeners. But if they wanna be bankers and lawyers and captains of industry, the most important lesson they can possibly learn is how to do a round-off!

College Apps

So I started filling out college applications yesterday and a little today.
The questions are pretty but so much is riding on my answer and that makes me nervous.
The essay questions are:
  1. Describe any special interests and/or passions and give examples of how you have developed knowledge and/or creativity in these areas.
  2. Describe a setback you have encountered in your life. Explain how you have handled the situation and what you have learned from it.
And honestly I can't even think about what I am passionate about or what has been a major setback.

Chad's farewell

SO I'm way behind on this but these are my farewell photos with Elder Challman

Elder Challman was called to serve in the Mexico Tampico mission.
I'm extremely excited and I know that he will be a great missionary.
He'll mature a lot and I can't wait for him to come home!
See you in 2 years!
